What would I want in an agent? 1. If I was looking for an agent, what qualities would I want? I'd want an agent that I can trust most of all. That understands what my priorities are. That'll do what they say they will. That's ACTUALLY REACHABLE so when I call I GET THEM! An agent that digs deep to try to get me the best results possible. I'd look for an agent that is very passionate about their job. Someone that doesn't just sit back & wait for something to happen. I'd want an experienced agent that's busy. If they're busy, they're CLEARLY doing something right to get results. To put it simply . . . I'd want an agent that shows me respect & is willing to work hard for me. 2.
